VDV

Vista Del Valle is one of our most recent Sonoma family homes, having finished construction in 2012.  This 4,800 sq. ft. design was intended to utilize natural and warm materials in a modern vocabulary.  Its elegant sloping roof provides for fluid indoor-outdoor transitions that integrate the house into the Sonoma hillside.  Marketing photos have just been taken this week but here are some teasers taken prior to the official shoot.

Manzanita

One of our upcoming housing development projects has caught the attention of central coast news!  Manzanita Place is an expansive housing community that has been an overdue necessity for the Monterey County.  A brief video and article can be found at the central coast website.

New Sausalito Office

Z+A has officially relocated to Sausalito, CA at 100 Gate 6 Rd.  After some hard work and renovation, the new office is now in full swing.  A postcard series has been released in celebration of this change of scenery, showcasing a number of our recent projects.
